OUR INVESTMENT APPROACH
IREF Capital targets equity investments in workforce and attainable housing through new construction and acquisition value-add strategies that reach a market segment with significant and persistent unmet consumer demand, as reflected in the U.S. housing affordability crisis.
We work with proven sponsors to offer risk-adjusted market returns for mission-aligned investing. Our strategy includes investing in mixed-income housing and mixed-use projects, with the goal of ensuring long-term affordability for middle-income residents in opportunity-rich locations that are
walkable, served by transit, with access to employment and education centers.
