Adetayo Sanusi (“Ade”) has been a commercial real estate professional for more than 23 years. He served in various Financial Analysis, Investment and Asset Management, positions at Forest City Realty Trust (now part of Brookfield Properties) for 10 years.

Since joining Integral in 2014, Ade has supported multiple transactions through exits, valued at over $500mm. In his current role as Vice President of Asset & Investment Management, he is responsible for the asset and investment management activities for the development and operating assets in the company’s real estate portfolio, overseeing underwriting, financing, deal structuring, due diligence, and evaluation of the investments.

Ade holds an MBA degree in Finance and Real Estate from Cleveland State University in Ohio, and a BS in Real Estate & Business Management from Obafemi Awolowo University in Nigeria. Ade is currently serving as the Chair of the ULI Atlanta Livable Communities Council.
