Carl Powell

Investment Committee (Member)

Mr. Powell is Principal and Executive Vice President of the Integral Group, and member of the Senior Management and Investment Committees. He previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Investment Management Division of the company, responsible for directing the firm’s investment management activities for equity and debt funds, as well as providing real estate advisory services.

During his tenure with Integral he has participated as an investor or developer in over $500 million of real estate transactions and has expertise in layered financings.

Prior to Integral, Mr. Powell had extensive strategic, international and operational experiences in corporate development and finance, general management, and mergers and acquisitions.

He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and is a Hall of Fame Graduate from the University of Mississippi with a BS in Accounting.
