Mr. Perry is a real estate professional with over three decades of experience successfully implementing multi-family housing developments. He co-founded The Integral Group (Integral) in 1993 with a mission to “create value in cities and (re)build the fabric of communities.”
Since inception, Integral has been a premier provider of mixed-income housing community developments that provide affordable, workforce and market rate housing nationally. With a resume of approximately 10,000 housing units developed, Mr. Perry and Integral have a long track record of providing investors with investment returns on the invested capital. In addition to other corporate boards, he served on the Board of Directors of Fannie Mae for a 10-year term from 2008 through 2018, the last five years as its chair.
Mr. Perry is an honors graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, receiving both B.S. and M.S. degrees in Civil Engineering from the University’s Towne School, and a Master of Business Administration, with majors in Finance and Accounting from its Wharton School.
