Rian Smith

Rian Smith is real estate and corporate attorney with over 16 years of industry experience. She was a commercial real estate attorney in Atlanta for both Arnall Golden Gregory LLP and Sutherland Asbill & Brennan LLP, where she counseled clients on commercial real estate matters, including purchasing, selling, and developing property, as well as retail, office, and industrial leasing. She also supported clients on corporate matters, such as entity formation, operation, and governance.

Rian is currently Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at Integral, overseeing all real estate related legal documents and providing legal and transaction support to the real estate development division. 

She is a member  of Urban Land Institute Atlanta’s 2021 Center for Leadership class, and a member of Leadership Atlanta's Class of 2023. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania, and her JD from Georgetown University Law Center, and is licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia and the State of New York.
