Peter Cvelich

Peter Cvelich has been a commercial real estate professional for more than 10 years, in which he has held positions in fund investment management, development, and public-private partnership consulting. As Senior Investment Manager for Integral’s Asset & Investment Management group, Peter is responsible underwriting a $1B pipeline of mixed-income and mixed-use projects, sourcing debt and equity with joint venture and limited partner investors, and overseeing the monthly Investment Committee package.

Prior to joining Integral, Peter led underwriting for an Opportunity Zone fund making equity investments in $320M of mixed-use new construction projects. He has also worked in tax credit syndication, underwriting low-income housing, historic rehabilitation, and new markets tax credit transactions on behalf of institutional equity investors.

Peter has an MBA in Real Estate from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Masters of City & Regional Planning from UNC-Chapel Hill.
