Mitch Powell is a CPA with over 30 years of experience in a variety of financial positions in the real estate industry including acquisitions, asset management, tax strategies, portfolio management and reporting. He began his career in public accounting at KPMG, specializing in real estate and partnership taxation, and was regularly published in professional publications. He later joined Rockwood Capital, an institutional real estate fund manager. As Vice President of Asset Management he was instrumental in building
Rockwood’s fund management infrastructure.
Mitch currently serves as CFO of The Integral Group. In that capacity, Mitch is responsible for the Accounting, Tax, Reporting, Planning and Budgeting, and Information Technology functions. Mitch joined Integral as CFO in 2004 and, after a five-year stint with another firm re-joined Integral in 2022.
He holds an M.S. in Real Estate degree from New York University and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of South Florida.
