Investment Committee (Vice Chair)

Mr. Davis is a founding member of Peachtree Providence Partners, a private investment and consulting firm. He is the former Vice Chairman, CEO and a founding member of CertusBank, N.A., a $2.0-billion, full-service, nationally chartered financial institution with over 700 people in 11 states and 35 branches. He co-founded and served as Managing Partner of Integrated Capital Strategies, an asset management firm with more than $1 billion AUM.

Previously, Mr. Davis served as Executive Vice President of Retail Credit and Mortgage Direct Lending at Wachovia, overseeing a $75 billion retail credit and small business portfolio. He is an Advisory Board member of Axum Capital Partners, a Charlotte based PE firm. Mr. Davis was instrumental in authoring and advancing the Opportunity Zones legislation and subsequent regulations after its passage as a part of the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act.

He is an alumnus of the University of South Carolina and graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill’s Executive Management Program.
